Prianka Maharaj

Prianka is a Talent and Operations Manager with Stanton Chase D.C. and has over 5 years of experience in the human resources industry. In this capacity, Prianka maintains the office’s streamlining and optimization of the entire hiring process, managing technology, data, and workflows to attract, hire, and onboard qualified candidates efficiently and effectively.

As a talent leader, she manages the entire recruitment cycle, from generating a strong pipeline to securing offer acceptance. As part of this process, she collaborates with business clients to determine needs, build recruitment criteria, assess candidates, and prepare both clients and candidates for the recruitment process. Prianka additionally manages all internal operations, system integrations, and organizational culture for the D.C. Office.

Prianka has a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience; an M.A. in Applied Psychological Sciences, and she has a SHRM-CP certification. Prianka is also a Strategic HR Leader through Cornell University.
