Nicholas Vasilikiotis

Nicholas Vasilikiotis serves as Managing Director of Stanton Chase Athens and concurrently holds the role of Global Maritime Leader for the firm. With long-standing relationships across business owners, CEOs, and C-suite executives, he leads a wide range of leadership advisory engagements, including C-suite executive search mandates, succession planning initiatives, and executive assessment projects, with a primary focus on the maritime, industrial, and energy sectors.

Known for his broad business acumen and strategic perspective, Nicholas is a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers navigating complex challenges in an ever-evolving business landscape. He considers his work in supporting organizations through the nomination, appointment, and development of current and future leaders as a critical element in their transition toward sustainable leadership.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Nicholas served as Head of Human Capital Services at Deloitte Athens, where he contributed to the further development of executive search practice. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Shelman S.A. and Hellenic Duty-Free Shops, contributing across organization development, operational excellence, and ERP implementation.

He holds a BA in Mathematics, with a concentration in Applied Mathematics, from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and an MBA with a specialization in Managing Strategic Change from the Cyprus Institute of Management.
