Namita Jagdev is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Stanton Chase Baltimore with 10+ years of experience in HR and recruitment. As an executive search specialist, she manages the entire recruitment cycle, from generating a strong pipeline and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding. Her approach combines deep industry research, talent intelligence, and consultative stakeholder engagement. 

Previously, Namita worked at an HR consulting company where she identified top-tier talent for consulting, sales, and business development roles in the technology and business process service industries in North America and APAC. She led leadership hiring from Director to C-suite levels and drove business growth by fostering strong client relationships and delivering high-quality talent. Before transitioning to the HR field, Namita worked in the financial sector across various roles in operations and administration. 

Namita holds a master’s degree in business economics with majors in finance and marketing from Kurukshetra University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Delhi University, India. Namita is a SHRM-SCP certified professional through the Society for Human Resource Management and resides in the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina.
