Michelle Clay

Michelle Clay, a tenured search professional, currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Stanton Chase Baltimore. Michelle brings over 20 years of talent acquisition experience gained in agency, management consulting, and corporate recruiting environments.

Michelle’s career started at Laureate Inc. (Sylvan), a $750M global educational services company as a key player in recruitment where she was named a top performer every year during her tenure. She gained executive recruitment experience when she joined Stanton Chase from 2007 to 2011, returning in 2020. From 2011 to 2020, Michelle was Director of Operations for Blue Coast Savings Consultants, a nationwide financial consulting firm where she worked in recruitment and onboarding new consultants. Michelle also had significant responsibilities managing the day-to-day operations of the firm, with a particular focus on the integration of new service lines into the business.

At Stanton Chase, Michelle works with global clients in the industrial, consumer products, manufacturing, and bioscience sectors. She works to identify top quality and culturally aligned candidates across areas including general management, finance, business development, operations, and sales.

Michelle resides in Baltimore with her husband and has two young adult children. She has served as educational chair for her synagogue’s board and been an active member in her children’s school parent associations. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy at Union College.
