Lara McNaughten

Lara McNaughten is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Stanton Chase Baltimore, where she supports executive-level placements across Consumer Goods, Technology, Industrial, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), and Life Sciences industries. She develops and executes search strategies using databases, social networks, and industry connections to identify and engage passive candidates. Having lived and worked in three countries—New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom—Lara brings a global perspective to her recruitment approach.

Prior to her current role, Lara worked in talent coordination and sales development roles. Her background includes marketing experience at Soul Machines, where she designed email campaigns and collaborated on business development outreach across education, healthcare, real estate, and HR sectors. Her brother founded a recruitment firm, and working alongside him, Lara learned the fundamentals of recruiting that sparked her passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Lara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with minors in marketing and psychology from The George Washington University School of Business, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She was a Division I athlete on GW’s Women’s Tennis Team, balancing competitive athletics with academic excellence.

Based in London while supporting the Baltimore office, Lara enjoys exploring new cities and cultures in her free time, with a particular passion for travel that complements her international career.
