Kaitlyn Llewellyn is a Director at Stanton Chase Baltimore, where she leads initiatives within the firm’s Leadership Advisory practice. With more than a decade of human resources and talent management experience, she integrates her training in coaching and assessment to help organizations strengthen leadership capability, culture, and engagement.
A Board Certified Coach (BCC) and Certified Executive Coach (CEC), Kaitlyn has guided more than 100 leaders across industries and organizational levels. She believes that exceptional leadership begins from within and radiates in all directions to shape teams and culture. Known for her curiosity, affirming style, and unshakeable optimism, Kaitlyn serves as both a trusted advisor and a catalyst for authentic leadership growth.
Before joining Stanton Chase, Kaitlyn served as Corporate Human Resources Director at Continental Realty Corporation in Baltimore, Maryland. Her broad HR experience spanning strategic planning, organizational development, and multi-jurisdictional operations enables her to quickly understand key business and human capital needs and position top talent effectively.
Kaitlyn holds an M.S. in Human Resource Development from Towson University and dual B.A. degrees in English and Communication from McDaniel College. She also holds professional designations including BCC, CEC, PHR, and SHRM-CP as well as an advanced certification in Executive Talent from Cornell University. She is certified in the Predictive Index and as a Hogan Assessment Consultant for executive leadership assessments. An active voice in the talent and leadership community, Kaitlyn is a founding executive council member of DisruptHR Baltimore and spends her free time boating on the Chesapeake Bay.
