Julianne (Jules) Torres is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Stanton Chase Baltimore. Based in New Jersey, she works closely with global practice groups. She contributes to executive-level placements for leading clients by executing targeted search strategies, working alongside consultants who offer specialized leadership advisory services. Jules is recognized for dependability and organizational excellence, consistently managing talent pipelines and supporting high-profile searches across Industrial, Engineering, Construction, and Technology verticals.
Before joining Stanton Chase, Jules worked as a Technical Talent Sourcer at Veeco Instruments, a global supplier of advanced semiconductor process equipment. In this role, she focused on identifying and recruiting highly skilled engineers and technical professionals within the semiconductor sector. She partnered with HR and hiring leaders to understand complex technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies using market insights and advanced search tools. Her efforts helped Veeco attract top engineering talent and strengthen the teams driving its semiconductor innovations. In addition, Jules worked as a freelance recruiter with Axis RPO, where she trained and mentored entry-level recruiters—guiding them on sourcing techniques, process improvement, and practical recruiting challenges.
Jules is committed to advancing the field of executive search through best practices in recruiting, operational efficiency, and leadership partnership. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University—New Brunswick, where she competed on the Division I Women’s Swim Team for two years. Outside of work, Jules remains active as an upcoming barre instructor. She enjoys life in Asbury Park—from its live music and ocean views to its lively local culture—while staying just a short trip from New York City.
